    Shuddering of 2000 trans

    The torque converter was prolly starved. I'm not an expert on tranny stuff, but I know that low fluid causes problems. Have you checked your fluid level lately? If low, you might add if needed. I'm assuming you know how to check fluid level.

    Brake dust answer? Ceramic pads?

    If you are gonna go with ceramic pads, you WILL need to upgrade your rotors. Regular rotors with ceramic pads will usually cause premature warpage of the rotor. They get VERY HOT!! Been there...done that. It's a good upgrade, but you gotta do the whole deal.

    I frequent about a half dozen forum of different types (software-wise) and this is the only one I've seen this problem. When I click the link to go to the main forum and also when I pull up threads, the page blinks once. Weird. Anyone else seeing this???
