I have a leak towards the end of my transmission, I believe this is the T-Case. The leak is where the drive shaft goes in. I went to a local trans part warehouse and they said there wasn't a gasket for it and to just use silicone. I also called the local part stores and they couldn't find...
No worries I'll keep an eye on them. But would 305s be too much? This is with a 2" leveling kit in the back. How much space will I have left in my wheel wells between the tires and top of fender
Would it be a good idea to use some lock tight on the studs before I torque them? I should be able to fit 305s right? I just want to make sure and would that be a tight fit? I'm keeping stock size rims
Okay thanks, I was going to add spacers only to give my expy a wider look. That wont put too much wear on my front and rear end will it? Im going to stick with my stock rims for now
1) since I have more than a 2" difference in my front end than I have in my rear can I fit 305/70/17 tires on my expy? That if I add a 2" coil spacer in the back..
2) I was looking into this strutmaster air conversion kit, can anyone tell me about it or recommend something else...
Where would I get a bottle lift and what is it exactly? Should I replace the shocks too since my vehicle has high mileage? I found 2" polyurethane rear spacers for 70 does anyone know where I can get them cheaper? eBay didn't have anything
So it's fine to keep my stock shocks? My expy has high highway mileage...and since my front end is 2" or slightly higher I wont have to worry about brake lines or anything?
What is the max tire size I could run on that also?
Does anyone have a set of directions for te installation?
I'm...
I'm having trouble finding 2" coil spacers. Do you have a link and do you know if daystar makes 2"? Also are they fairly simple to install? Can I do this with some jack stands and a hydrolic jack?
If I were to put 2" coil spacers in the back and slightly larger shock all around that would provide me with a lift correct? Ive just been google things and wonder if that sounds accurate
I have a place that will do the body lift for 700. What would be a good size tire to put on it? I'm looking for a wider we as well that way I don't need to worry about rims right
I was wondering if the 33" terra grapplers by nitto will come out from beneath the fenders on my 2000 expy. It's already on a factory lift and I believe the backspacing is 4.5 on it's factory 17" rim. Also if I were to go with those now would the tires look smaller with a 3" body lift
I have a 2000 exp xlt 4wd and I'm trying to figure out what the hole size is for the front rotors. It's either a 12mm or 14mm stud. The nut sizes are 19mm and I'm not sure what that breaks down to. Has anyone changed their front rotors on a similar year model?
After a stressful day I finally went to a muffler shop that wasn't tryin to screw me and they said there was nothing wrong. They went a head and did a pressure test and it came out good. They said it was in my head. I have one off topic question. Im going to change my front rotors. Can anyone...
