Mine does the same exact thing, you're not the only one!
Common problems with Expeditions I've seen based off the forum and friends/family that have Expeditions (at least 1st gens) are:
Rear windshield wiper motor going bad
Child lock on doors locking automatically
Odometer not working...
Thanks for the tips/advice guys. Do any of you know if that piece of trim is just stuck on there with adhesive or not? If so I could just yank it off on both sides and give her a good clay bar/wax job to hide the lines where the adhesive was.
Car got keyed today, it could have been in a number of different parking lots; but I didn't see it until I got home today. Would it even be worth filing an insurance claim? Or should I just suck it up and get it repainted at another time along with the tons of other scratches on the truck?
Good find but those look completely different than the spacers that are on my truck, who knows though. Maybe they'll work!
And good looking truck, were you able to get a full 3 inches out of your stock torsion bars?
I have 2 12" subs and an amp that seem to only work properly when the engine is on, but when it is on accessory they seem to skip beats and act as if they aren't getting all the power they need.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
White ones like the construction workers have that go in the head lights and tail lights and have a switch.
I want 'em. They will be for "off road" use only! :flamingdevil:

Think I might get these soon.
I was just using those as an example. I will probably get some from the local O'reillys or Autozone since they always carry rectangular driving lights.
I am thinking about putting 2 sets of these lights (4 total) on my roof rack (I like these because they are rectangular and I think would look better than circular ones up top (no offense panda)

And I think these would also look really cool...
Thanks for the responses. The reason why I mentioned shorty headers instead of long tube headers is because I can't find a company that manufactures long tube headers for the Expedition. There a few that make them for the F-150, but I'm unsure if they would work with the Expedition. Any thoughts...
