Very nice!
If I had to guess I would say well over 400 rear wheel hp. Depends on how aggressive the tune is considering lack of intercooler.
Kenne bell is capable of running some serious boost. The lack of intercooler is the only thing holding that combo back. Might invest in meth injection...
My opinion is that the filter itself makes little difference in performance. The cfm demand is not great enough to exceed the paper filter capacity as long as you replace them as needed.
3rd party test I have seen show oil/cotton capable of higher cfm but at demands much greater than most...
When my gem/fuse block had issues things would stay on after the ignition was shut down killing my battery.
I just removed both and thoroughly let them dry out by pellet stove for 24 hrs. No issues since.
If after you start it you get the gauge cluster sweep you have a weak battery as that happens when the voltage drops below a certain spec while cranking. Mine did that when the battery was on its way out.
Could be many things but the first that come to mind are vacuum leak, IAC valve or fuel related issue.
Maybe even torque converter but feel that the jerking may be more of a result of the reving.
I did plugs, K&N air filter, supercharger, tfs heads, comp cams, built bottom end, exhaust all at the same time and felt a significant improvement.
My guess is the majority of it was the K&N. Maybe 60%... but I could be wrong. :p
Manifold vacuum is strongest with the less throttle input. If you put your foot into manifold vacuum drops to near zero.
But there is a vacuum reservoir that operates the misc accessories and there is a check valve between the reservoir and the manifold so the accessories can still operate...
What bedrck46 said is correct.
The tighter you turn with 4wd engaged it becomes increasingly noticable as something has to give. Either the tires on pavement or the clutch in the transfer case must slip. Tires slip in my case. I have experienced the same as the O.P.
I agree. Unlikely...
Saw this posted about on another forum. Looks interesting to me.

From the sticker you can see its a 5.4 Windsor manufactured on 8-10-99 so its a PI 2v motor which is what they used up until the 3v was introduced. (260 HP) 97-98 were non-pi. Not sure what else you would want to know.
I assume its 2wd because if its A4wd its not going to happen.
With A4wd on the 2000 you would either need to do 'brown wire mod' or pull fuse to disable 4wd.
You can do a lightning conversion and spinning the rear wheels would not be an issue as long as its 2wd. Not sure why you would want...
The Difference Between an E4OD & 4R100 | eHow
It appears in 98 they were replacing the E40D with the "upgraded" 4R100. So I guess the 98's may have came with both versions as jbanks mentioned.
Post link to video so we can hear?! Could help greatly.
I would check to make sure a spark plug is not loose and preparing to launch as is common with these 2v heads.
I got many bogus replies off of craigslist when I was trying to sell my supercharger off my stang last year. Trying to get personal or banking info. :boxed: They never answered my replies... Definitely need to be cautious when using craiglist and never give out personal info...
