I had the same experience with my 2016 Expedition - The fan worked great, Ford performed the recall service and now my passenger has to wiggle the wire under the dash about every two weeks to get it going again. Great job Ford! I have noticed that Advance Auto offers a resistor/connector/stub cable replacement. Must be a common issue that Ford can't correct. I went in today for the Backup camera "inspection" and was told it would take 3 hours minimum. The camera has never failed to work, and all I wanted them to do was a visual inspection, close the Recall, and open the Customer Satisfation Program 25N15. They refused, so I walked out. I'll see if I can find another dealer that is more customer focused and less focused on the profit from replacing good components.
