I personally would not recommend underdrive pulleys. Shorty headers really will not do much for performance but should not hurt it either. Many here have done rear cat delete with success. Fords at Carlisle?

2002 5.4L No oil pressure, shutdown, now starts
That was my point. All my gauges dropped to zero and until I went to turn did I realize my engine had stalled till I had no power steering. That would explain a lot as far as your situation. That would tent to confirm they do not have low oil pressure shutdown! :boxed: hmmmm... might consider adding one. Would be costly with my engine if the oil pump was to fail.- toms89

problems
If one injector is clicking (more so than the others) its likely a faulty injector. That can cause a misfire. Could also damage engine if run this way for any period of time.- toms89

Custom Gauge Pods
Ordered triple gauge pod for radio bezel. Will post photos after the install. May be a few weeks as I believe I will order new gauges. My current ones have been located outside the vehicle so a bit weathered. Thanks Jake!! :)- toms89

2002 5.4L No oil pressure, shutdown, now starts
Just so you know the oil pump is mounted over the crankshaft behind the timing gear at the front of the engine. If you lost oil pressure it is likely oil pump itself has failed. Could be oil pressure sensor, wiring, or faulty gauge though not sure these have low oil pressure shutdown. Is...- toms89

Need some input
Sounds to me like they suspect the head gasket is leaking either oil or coolant outside of the block. This will not necessarily cause any mixing of fluids or cause driveability concerns but obviously is a nuisance. I would try and confirm its coming from the head gasket and not valve cover if...- toms89

What do you guys think of this cold air intake?
That's one key factor most people don't understand. Velocity is everything!! Goes the same with exhaust, ports, etc..... They need to be sized for optimum velocity for better cylinder fill or evacuation whatever the case may be. Bigger is not better because it can kill velocity as you said...- toms89
