check in suspension section. plenty of info. For the second gens its mainly spacer lifts 3/2(truxx, readylift, ebay) or if you want to spend money look into a rize 8" lift. but they aren't making rize lifts for 2nd gens anymore and only have left what is on hand
sam rider im running a 285/70/17 on a 2nd gen with 3.5"/2.5" lift and have no rubbing. I know my tire is not as wide as yours(3/4" smaller) but mine is taller. Im not sure if the difference in width is big enough to cause rubbing.
nope cant beat it. my install looks a lil different then yours. My radio sticks out just a lil bit, but i think thats due to the mounting kit i bought.
whowey is yours in eddie bauer? i believe like some other vehicles that the more "luxury" higher end options on vehicles come with a larger diameter rim.
ok got it and installed. and i already have the ebrake bypass installed. It has a nice pic quality for the price. Also fun to watch a movie and hear/feel the explosions from subs. But hopefully some day i will get the bit back that fell behind the dash inside the console.
i've hit black ice in the mountains in mine. the a4wd kicked in and the fronts pulled me through. was a nice feeling when the fronts started to grab and pull.
if you are going to a metal fabricator. you might as well have them make you new ones. since you already have the other spacers measure them and then add the appropriate amount of height to the spacer to get the lift you want.
maybe try rigid. there is a pic at top of the link page that has the led lightbar in the bottom grille area
