    no problem so far. even had them up 110mph for a second. handled ok in the mud. only got stuck once. and thats cuz i was in 2wd and tried to switch to 4x4. so tires stopped and sank.( it was sandy mud)

    im running this https://www.treadwright.com/p-51-285-70r17-warden-a-t-d.aspx. slight rub when turning at stock height. 3.5/2.5 spacer lift and no rub when turning now. Inexpensive tires and not bad on miles. last tank plus trip got 17.5mpg(basically flagstaff to LA). getting around 14 in town...

    Which F150 wheels for my Expedition EL looks better?

    i had those 17's on for awhile. they were on there cuz they were cheap. Ex wife paid $300 for all 4(fresh take offs) Personally the 18's look better. i would say if you were in a snow area winter and summer tire/rims. But i would say do what you feel is best for you.

    check out Car Seat Covers | Seat Covers | Custom Seat Covers | Truck Seat Covers | Automotive Seat Covers they are neoprene(wetsuit material). I have seen them and they look good and seem to hold up well.

    tom my dad use to do lots of racing, especially bonneville in the 60's. one trick they used to use, was taking a crayon or grease pen and mark the exhaust pipe(s). the point where the crayon melted vs where it stayed is where they would cut the pipe(s).

    the 2v (sp-479) is a single piece while the 3v (sp-507)is 2 pieces. if i remember correctly.

    standard on 2nd gen at least for the 2v valve i believe is 2 1/4". usually for duals you use 2 1/2" and for single you use 3".

    from day 1 to today. Before and after pictures.

    looks good. It is now in its proper environment in colorado. In OC looks like it would eat a bmw for lunch and then a mercedes for dinner.

    Spacer Lift Fronts 2nd gen

    cheapest way is torsion twist on front with 2" spacer lift in rear. and a 3"body lift depending on how high you want to lift it. or find a used lift on ebay or craigslist. if you use the search function on top of page and type in torsion twist plenty of info will come up for you.
