Yes you can(though some say dont) put HIDS im your stock housing. You may want to get a harness to help with start up of the lights. Those bumpers are expensive detroit darin just bought one

i hear that some lowes or doing key programming. Not sure if you need 2 keys for that are not. Did you ask the dealer that you bought it from to give you a 2nd key?
ok did some online searching. I do not have any of these and therefore not sure if any work. But you can find some cheap blis type things on ebay probably not recommended for the elderly. Here is a sight mentioned in a ford edge forum.

i ran a 285/70/17 on stock rims and no lift. The tires will rub the inner fender plastic when you turn so far. I was running an AT tire and the "knobs" on the tire would rub and catch(in reverse) the inner fender. Im not sure how a street tire will be.
