    ford forever not sure if you were asking me that question. But far so good. Doesn't seem to be any excess wear.I was running the 285/70/17s with no lift for a little while but there was rubbing while turning. As far alignment i take it to the tire pros near me and it doesn't seem to be any issue...

    i've been running the metal ones for awhile and no problems here. And i go offroading with expy. But the link you posted look like they would work as well.

    that height is usually lowest point in the garage/parkade. Pipes etc. At 6'9" i dont hit my head on the crossbeams. but come close.

    waylap i was able to run 285/70/17 on a stock 4x4 with a little bit of rubbing if i turned will to far. And rigel1 there is someone on here that is running 35's on a 3/2 spacer lift. Had to remove running boards.

    Welcome. You can paint the cladding. Several people here have. As for the rubber flooring, since you got it from a govt auction, it was probably a "police"/ ssv edition. which i believe came with the rubber flooring.
