    the 07 and newer expys dont have a header panel, the headlights and the top of the grill mount to the aluminum rad support. you will have to fab mounting brackets for that. or get a hold of a rad support and cut it up. good luck,

    you could try your insurance, all they can say is no they wont pay for it. and Ford parts will fit better, i work in a body shop and we see this all the time.

    use a load leaveling hitch that will help, and load your extras behind the axles.

    if it is just the right frame horn it wouldnt affect the allignment but it would change how the bumper would fit. have it mesured and go from there, it might just need a small adjustment and all will be good.

    the rpm shange is about 400rpm to each progressive change, you want to go up 2 ratios (3:73, 4:10) so your cruzing rpm would change about 800 rpms higher.

    it looks like the pinion seal is leaking a little, but it also looks like the driveshant is wet along with the front of the tubes on the rear and the exhaust also looks like its wet (unless its just the way you took the picture) i would look at the trans or engine, it looks like its spraying back.

    Why are my rims hot?

    sounds like sticking brakes, if it is all 4 wheels look to see if the booster is keeping pressure on the mastercyl, i had that once on a sport trac.

    that seems like the price for the second key is to high, i can get a key cut and programed an my local dealership for around $100.00. just to buy the key and have it cut is like $30.00. try a locksmith if your dealer is gouging.

    welcome, it takes a long time to get the computer to register a misfire on a ford for some reason. check all your connections on the coils. did you put ford coils or aftermarket?
