    Robust is subjective... It definitely sounds better than the sorry excuse of an audio source known as Sirius/XM. People spend many thousands on nice audio systems in their cars and wonder why it doesn't sound any better than every other car with sat radio... Garbage in will always be garbage out.

    I believe the updated parts became available Aug-Sept '19 for the production line and Oct to dealers... So everything but 2020 models will have the old parts.

    Sorry to hear it! I'd do what I could to get them to commit to a loaner before dropping it off. Some dealers are better than others with that.
