Headers?
Ya, you have to be careful when taking off the nuts that hold on the manifold. They are only 8mm, which is slightly larger than a 5/16 bolt. I think they should have made the bolts a little bigger, because just the heat is enough to rust them and break them off over time.- 99 Expy

muffler?
I just had a Y put on mine and am running 2 1/4 duals out the back with no mufflers and I love it! I am probably going to remove the back 2 cats this summer, but I am not sure how the muffler would sound, and I am not a big fan of glasspacks. It was pretty cold today, so I didn't check anything, but I stopped by Ford, and the guy was pretty sure its my u-joints, and I talked to my dad, and he doesn't think the rear u-joints have been changed in since its been in the family, so either this weekend, or next weekend, I will replace them.- 99 Expy

It is a cool build up. How long do you think his stock axles will hold up? I think a diesel build up would be pretty sweet to, but I think its mainly due to my addiction of turbos and black smoke. . . I agree with Shaggy, we should get him over here.- 99 Expy

Tire pressures?
My BFG ATs are rated at 80 psi, but I run them at 60, and they have worn great for about 10,000 miles so far.- 99 Expy

How to do Door Switch LED Swap with pics
No worries!! I do my best not to let pain slow me down. Gas prices..........
Gas is around $3.20 here in Laramie, but I think diesel is over 4 but I don't think anybody is bothered by it since every diesel in town is still puffing clouds of black smoke :roflsquared:- 99 Expy

Clunk - front drivers side
I've got the same truck as you, and when my ball joints went bad, they kind of clunked, but more of squeal sound. Looking good Blu3! You need to get yourself a set of good all terrains, and your traction will be way better, and you they still drive good on the highway, I'm not a big fan of street tires on a truck, they don't let you use the truck to its full capabilities.- 99 Expy

I'm not sure what size wheels the EB have, but for my 99 XLT, the stock size tires are 255 75 16. I have the next size bigger tire - 265 75 16 and they fit fine with out any lift.
