Hey all, I want to get headrest monitors for my 99 EXPY to keep my son entertained but since we don't have True headrests just the one piece seat/headrest, wanted to see if anyone had these already installled and had any pictures.
Thanks
Just did the GOTTs today, make sure you have a sander or dremel ready for the reshaping of the pipe to make it oblong, that was the most time consuming but that was maybe 30 minutes. Now i just need to get my K&N filter to drop in and really reap the benefits....this was the way to go for sure...
I went with a 12" JBL in a JBL wedge box and spliced into the stock amp when i blew my stock sub, just the right Bass, not to loud but really good FULL sound.
It isnt round like the 7 set-up, it is a square plug with the female holes for another plug to hook into. I cant find a 4 or 7 anywhere, I thought the same that they all came with something, especially if there is a hitch why wouldnt you have a plug!
My Expy came with a trailer hitch but just noticed I have no wire plug. I found a open plug under the back left side of the bumper, is this for lights ir trailer brake? If i need to install my own 4 pin where is the wires i would need to splice into?
Thanks
Scott
I have always liked the 1st gen lightning wheels, i ahve also seen the Harley 20's on an EXPY and they look sweet. I am looking at getting the Harley 20's myself. I drive by a set everyday on my way to work at a tire shop but havent stopped yet to check them out.
So if i was to have 3" pipe after the muffler to a 4 inch tip would this change anything? or should i do 3" pipe all the way throughout? Hmmmm....to many options, cat delete? New pipe? Y pipe? High Flow cats.
Thanks for all you insight guys!
Panda, i was just wanting to know if i cut the tail pipe after the flowmaster will it be louder? I wasnt sure if I lose the sound as it travels through the pipe out the rear corner (stock location).
Thanks
Hey Fellow Expy owners, got a question for you all. I just had a flowmaster 40 series put in place of my stock muffler, I already knew it wouldn't be as loud as if i tailpipe after the muffler make it any louder? Any thoughts or ideas?
Thanks
Scott
