    I would take it back to the dealership that did the torque converter replacement. Since they missed the diagnosjs, they should fix the transmission correctly and Ford should still pay for it. Contact Ford customer service. They can actually help you with this one.

    I have a 2008, and the heat and A/C only come out of the roof vents when I use the rear settings/controls. If i just use the front, no roof heat. Hope this helps.
