I bought this Y pipe and ended up not needing it for my exhaust. I paid $40, I will ship it to you for $25. It is aluminized but would be perfect for someone who wants to do a rear cat delete into a single inlet muffler.
You serious? When I am in my garage that is all I wear, unless I am actually working on something. I wear boots all day long the last thing I want to do is put on tennis shoes just to run out and grab something......... or make a video of my Expy's exhaust. :Grenade:
Oh and your exhaust...
On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 2.5 (pretty stinkin' easy). Just remember to disconnect your sway bar end links and you might need to take one side of your track bar loose. I had everything on my rear end torn apart to put in poly bushings when I did my spacers and it took me about 2...
The rear flares look good, but the front looks a little off IMO.
Still a good deal for $150 though. If I had bigger tires and needed better coverage then I would probably go with those.
I got my Flowmaster 44 with dual outlets (2.5 inch piping) welded up today and it sounds great (IMO). Not loud enough to wake the neighbors when I leave for work at 0500, but when it will bark when I get on it. I love the decel burble! I used high temp black grill paint to prevent rust on the...
They look good, but I would like to see a pic of them on an Expy before I made a decision about them. Maybe the seller can post a pic before you fork over the cash.
The Wild Peak is the exact same tread design as the Rocky Mountain (tires that I have) and I love them. Very quiet on the road and great traction off road. I paid about $600 for mine and I don't think for the money that I could have done any better. They are comparable to the Terra Grapplers...
How bout these? Only $700 with the $60 rebate!

My buddy has the Firestone Destination on his truck and he really likes them. If you want a little more aggressive tire I would go with the Terra Grappler or the Falken Rockymountain or Wild Peak. Tires.com has a $60 rebate on the WildPeak which are great tires. Go with the 315/70/17, that is...
When I saw your build thread I thought to myself that it was magazine worthy or at least show worthy. Hard work paid of for you. Mine is next...... right? :drool2:
Welcome. I like the black grill guard, now get some tires and say screw the garage. My Expy was only able to fit into my garage for the first month that I owned it.
