If the rim was taken to a machine shop and they said that they could make additional holes to match the other bolt pattern without compromising the integrity of the wheel, then maybe it would work......... maybe. But why would you want to take the chance of having an unsafe wheel mounted to...
Don't do that! You would end up with serious problems........... like having a wheel that wobbles bad enough to tear up your suspension or even loosing a rim and tire and watching it roll down the road after it comes off your hub.
P401 is still your EGR valve. It could be as small as a gasket that is causing the problem. Your best bet would be to pull the EGR valve and see what it looks like.
The bolt pattern is different. You would need adapters to mount the 2011 wheels to your expy. You can usually find adapters on ebay for around $150.
here is a link to a 1.25 inch spacer that should work...
Yup the windscreen moves about 4 inches steplessly, so I can put it where I need it. Around town or on back roads it is always down, but when I get on the interstate it is all the way up. I used to have a Suzuki M109R that was quite the bruiser. It had so much torque that it just ate rear...
I have grip puppies and 1.75 inch risers and I have no problems with buzz. I can do an 800 mile day and still want to keep riding except for the whole sleep issue. It is super fast and I can keep up with nearly any bike through the twisties.
I installed stock sized PRO-Comp ES9000 shocks with my 2 inch spacers and they work perfectly. I had nearly every part off of my rear suspension when I did my shocks and spacers though. I was replacing my trailing arms and every bushing at the same time. If I had just been replacing the rear...
Welcome!
I leave the expy parked unless the weather is horrible or I just feel like finding a mud hole. $100+ a week to drive to work is out of the question, so I spend $30-$40 per week to ride my bike and even take the long way home to relieve some stress after a long day.
The new tires look great. How much time do you spend on the highway? I have read some reviews that said the Mickey Thompson M/T tires don't last very long compared to some other brands of M/T and A/T tires.
The rear on mine looks pretty good, I want to drop my front end back down an inch or so to close a little of the gap. I lifted it almost 3 full inches.
