I know a few of you guys have it, so what do you think of it and did you install it yourselves?

I love mine.... I didn't install this one.. but did on my 97 f150... was some work but thats why I have friends that are a lot more skilled than I am... I wouldn't attempt it unless your pretty good at turning wrenches... cuz on my f150 at one point the T-case was on the floor... but if your gonna spend some big $$ go with fabtech but if you wanna go cheaper I would look into http://zoneoffroad.com/product?ki=309&gr=-1 a lot cheaper than fabtech... I saw there work last year at a jamboree and the lift looks solid...
my suspension lift I put into my 97 F150 was done with nothing but floor jacks and jack stands... and a compressor which made life easier... but now we have access to a lift but in the old high school days it was all done with floor jacks in a driveway...lol

The biggest issue will actually be with the back end of your truck because there is a single bolt that is put in backwards and to get the bolt out, you have to drop the fuel tank. I ended up taking a sawzall to that bolt and the kit I got came with new bolts, so, I installed the bolt the other way.
