    theyre just fine, i think second gens have a lower range t-case so its easier to crawl around and up stuff but 1st gens have a better suspension for offroading

    97 EB 5.4 have had a new window regulator, 2 new rims since 2 were cracked, 4 new tires, all new shocks, it needs rear springs, new tierods, new torsion bars that are of a different stiffness, matching rims, probably new seat covers or just new seats and some major de rusting/frame painting!
