Check the fuses first - I believe it is 104 (under the hood)...
If that does not work, could be the transfer case shift motor...
Also check to see if the previous owner did anything creative - i.e. disconnected anything.
What sort of springs? I am looking to lift mine a couple of inches (literally)... nothing more... was looking at spacers, but have decided to wait - glad I did...

Ah yes. I found it much better to open the glass, not the door. You just have that when you OPEN the door at your destination. Some of those strollers hurt when they land on your toes. [emoji849]
