Just my .02, stay away from that area. Have you tried Flowmaster? I have a 2 chamber and it is plenty loud and low. Go with a 1 chamber and you are waking up the whole neighborhood, not just the neighbor Do a search on youtube- fiveohpoepoe

Mpg?
This is my 4th 1st generation. Most I ever got on the hwy was 16.2 and that was in my 99 with the 5.4 on 33,s. Lowest I have in town was 9.5 with one of my 98,s with the 4.6 and stock tires. At most a Flowmaster and K/N with the above numbers. Now I have the Motts and a good idea of the mpg...- fiveohpoepoe

Any indications of ANY problems? Its a gamble with any vehicle outside of the warranty period, so it would come down to your preference. You have a tremendous amount of room compared to the Jeeper. Go on edmonds.com and read the reviews. Of course I say stick with the Expy- fiveohpoepoe

Just Went To Fords Website And Checked For Recalls.

Duplicolor "mod"
Took a little time to redo the grill. After about 5 years the old paint looked worn and faded. A can of Duplicolor and a can of clear coat following some 600 grit and I think if can out pretty well.- fiveohpoepoe
