    All of them will actually. And a Floridian can buy a warranty online I think, they're just at a set price as Florida regards warranties as insurance and has different rules about them.

    You're looking for an OBD II scanner, ELM 27 that has MS-CAN and HS-CAN capabilities. Amazon or eBay is your best bet for them.

    Any lights come on in the dash? Maybe a scan tool/forscan. Check the wiring connections throughout your vehicle as well as the fuses.
