    Without a tune no. Even with one the HP gains are minimal and not worth the money. It adds a little sound but is not worth the money.

    Yes we have a Gen 2. The seats are the most comfortable that I have ever sat in. Expeditions arr still comfortable so I'm surprised they're causing you pain.

    We thought ours were extremely comfortable. The seats will guaranteed get softer as time progresses. I don't want to be the smart guy, but did you play with all the seat settings? Lombard settings are the big one.

    Well alcohol is abrasive. There are vinyl kits for under $50 that'll cover that spot and the rest of the center console.

    First off welcome. I'd pursued your dealer to get a new catalytic converter, might take a little more effort but it'll be better in the long run.

    There really no bumpers for this generation, trust me I've searched everywhere. Baja Forged has some "bumpers" but it's just for the lower trim area. I'd take a look anyway. What lift you are yo7 going to do?

    Hey now Ford isn't the only one experiencing these problems and Don't think that one bad Ford means all Fords are bad. We have close to 90k miles on our F150 and it has caused us zero problems. We also had an Expedition to 140k miles and that had minimal problems also.
