Don't see why not... But then again I've never seen the alt up close on a crown Vic so it may be a different type on bolt on.. Also make sure the amperage is he correct for the expedition before doing the swap
Yeah I didn't think of that.. That sounds like it would work the jamming something beside it, anyways I just chopped the end link off and got a new one from MOOG... On there fine now and aligned it's been driving for 2 days now since the level and it feels pretty good
Think he had them replaced in the overhaul but even if he did... I would check them again, check the torque on them and thoroughly inspect the joints for damage or abnormal or grease leaking, anything like that.. My creaking noise was the end link not being torqued to spec and I had them...
I mean it is kind of a bad angle for them but doesn't seem to be much of an issue... Rides fine and holds up fine and I'd would day they should last almost as long as they would at stock height. Only this is with the level lift kit you really only get a tiny bit of downtravel so the articulation...
Edit: For those looking to offroad: with this setup, at my lowest point, I'm getting a little over 11" total of minimum ground clearance.. That's a measurement from the ground to one the lower exhaust hangers
Expy is 99% done being lifted!
Got the new upper control arms and ball joints installed today and put on the new tie rod end and sway bar end links...
All in all it got about 3.75" total of lift out of adding the new complete struts which are a little stiffer and the 3.5"/2.5" leveling kit...
Should fit... But 2wd sits a bit lower than the 4wd so I would be a little wary because you may need to do a tiny bit trimming like I'm talking only fractions of inches
Awesome because I think my truck has some kind of t case issue as well would love to hear how yours works out... In the mean time I think I'll be doing my upper control arms etc then alignment
How'd it turn out? I just had my level installed and I'm getting creaking sound but my sway bar end links are disconnected on one side and the passenger ball joint has a massive hole in it... After I address these issues I'll let you know how I'm doing lol

Lol checked and I does but either way I just had my mechanic finish the install for me for about $250 going to pick it up this afternoon and I'll post some pics
As far as a 6" lift goes... There is none for the Expedition, if brought to a shop they would have to fabricate almost every part to build you a 6"... Instead you might be able to have them retrofit an f-150 front kit and then level spacers on the back. Another option would of course be the rize...
Lol that's what I figured so I since I don't have air or electric tools I took it to my local mechanic and he's going to finished the strut job for around $300
Sorry, getting lift finished by my mechanic because of all the seized bolts it was too much of a pain with my hand tools but so far the front fit just fine!
Yeah I guess I could just grab the mirror from the pick and pull too but the issue is that mirror has the auto dim and I don't have a plug for that feature kind of annoying haven't buttons to press that won't do anything... Unless there no buttons on it I'll have to check it out later this week...
Yeah sadly the stocks don't have anything like that so maybe I'll have to just cut them off and replace them ugggggg...
Once again if anyone knows how I can remove these and save them let me know ASAP thanks so much!
Yeah I just robbed this compass off of an expy at the pick n pull and it just I clips from the mirror but my mirror appears to have been replaced so I guess I need to get myself a new OEM mirror so that the compass will fit on the bracket that holds the mirror... Just don't know where to get one...
So I am installed new struts and installing them with a leveling kit on top of each... I got most of the front driver's side bolts off yesterday but ended up stripping the 10mm bolt holding feature off the tie rod end and had to cut it so, new tie rod end, and I finally got the strut and spacer...
