Change out seats?
BTW, I learned that there's a bracket at the floor to hold the console down at the rear. I don't have that bracket, so I'll be looking for one. New, OEM from the dealer they run $50 or more. I think I'll fab something up, but I stilll need to find where they bolt to the floor under the carpet.- rv8air

Change out seats?
So, now I have surplus pristine 60/40 bench seat, both belts, and the ash tray/cup holder. I just paid $300 for a right seat, and $125 for a console. If you want it for $200, send me a PM (soon) and I'll send you couple of pics- rv8air

Some things are not as obvious as they appear, which is why I asked the question to begin with. Fortunately the 40/60 seat to 40/console/40 is dirt simple, assuming you're doing a swap to same trim and color seats. The answer to my question is, keep the driver's seat, and buy only the...- rv8air

Change out seats?
I'm doing the same front seat row swap. Are the 40/60 driver's seats the same as the 40/20/40 buckets? In other words do I need to buy the whole row (seat/console/seat) or can I re-use my original driver's seat, and just buy the console and right seat?- rv8air
