Full AV install, 99 Expo
I ran mine down from the battery along the frame and up through the pass. side door sill and down the side of the truck under the door sill panels. But since I was using 1 4 awg I had plenty of room! You on the other hand would probably be better off following the frame all the way back!- rburch

What size hardware for Upper trailing arms and rear shocks?
Im not sure of the sizes exactly but you want a grade 8 or higher shanked bolt that is tight in the bushing sleeve but you dont want the shanked section to be longer than the bushing sleeve. This goes for the shocks and trailing arms.- rburch

Every little bit helps! Its it going to turn your vehicle into a race car, no! But it will give you a little more power since fords have always ran a little rich! I have seen cai and a can tune help the expys gain 15-20 hp and 1 mpg.- rburch

With these 05+ its a little more involved than just pulling the plugs! Search 5.4 3v spark plug change! As far as plugs it would be cheaper and easier to stick with oem!- rburch

Both power mirrors not working
No just pull off the little triangle panel and i think its 3 nuts you have to remove and the mirror will come off. If you still dont have power then I would trace the wires and check them for breaks pinched etc.- rburch
