    ya my suggestion is just take your time... you will also have to bend it alittle to get that curved look.. and cut way bigger than what you need you can always trim down

    here are the best pics i could get with out totally taking everything out I made sure that when I took out my factory grill i was very careful not to break the tabs that it mounted to. I have some self taping screws made my cuts and screwed it in. let me know if you have any other questions...

    I developed that same squeak and mine were fairly new so i grease them and it went away after a couple of weeks

    grill paint?

    Ya you will really have to take your time with prep. I sprayed mine in the truck bed liner which is real tacky and when it hardens is like cement. I have chips all over my chrome. For some reason it just doesnt stick well to it at all.
