Oh my bad. I was researching retrofits and on your other post you said "600 reasons it better work out..." About your lights so I assumed they cost 600$
Doit and throw up some pics. I want to get mine retrofitted. Was quoted 775 for the retro with Apollo shrouds and halo behind them and hids for fogs. Any one else ever get a quote?
Mine has just as good of a radio as the navigators I rented. Like I said the exterior is the main difference like you said HiDs. I didn't much look for one with air ride but as far as options go the limited I have has everything the navigator had. Auto running boards, navigation, sunroof...
I like mine. Rented a 2013 navigator when I was building my house a few times in AZ. I really wanted a navigator but it's basically the same as my limited besides the exterior look
That's exactly where I want mine. Think it looks better like that in line with the fog lights. More pics would be appreciated. Maybe from a distance some light shots too would be awesome.
Don't feel bad. The whole basis of forum is to ask questions and get answers. Then weather or not the answers are super detailed or not at least you have a different list of options that you may or may not had before you asked. Like I said if you find a good detailed to do a polish your expy...
I'm not fighting to prove nothing. Trying to help. Wth is everyone's deal. Use the google button if you wanna learn yourself. This is why I don't be more active on forums like these cuz everyone wants to be a know it all. Do what you want. Throw a coat of wax on it and call it good. Get a new...
Ya mean ms. Mi is my home state habit. If she/he is on east side of LA it's only an hour to Brandon ms area. So ya I'm referring her to someone in another state and ya he comes to you. He's gone lots farther that that. You can either pay someone to do a service like that or get a new paint job...
Car Detailing - How to polish your paint to a high gloss finish
Ya it's not for a novice. Like I said to the OP there a guy in Brandon, MI I know that does house calls. He does amazing work and can do what I'm referring to. He does everything from Porsche Ferrari to daily drivers.
Don't need an oscillating head to polish. Read my post. I said a VARIABLE speed grinder. Google it. Ill fine you some literature cuz your buffer is good for a wax job. Polish is way different than what you'd use your buffer for.
Buffer is basically a grinder. To polish you need a variable speed grinder or buffer. Either way they are similar. Grinder doesn't mean it only grinds. Grinders can sand polish cut grind.
Best way would be polish using grinder, polish compounds and different abrasive pads. Not sure where you're at in LA but I know a guy out of Brandon
, ms that does amazing work on high end cars.
To each their own. Been modding trucks for years. Everyone has their own style and opinions. I like LEDs but like you said if they're cheep and dim then no. If there was a quality set out there id jump on them.
Back to the ops question. I have the same / similar color. I think the dark would look better especially when they let up red. Good contrast. Red definitely look more stock. Either way give it a shot if it's what you want. I bought some led lights off ebay for my silverado lasted 7 years no...
For real right. Maybe shoulda test drove it for a weekend. I love my 0
2013 limited. Only thing I think for the price is they should have projector headlights to keep up with the other luxury SUVs but all in all it's a great truck. If you didn't want the features you shoulda just got a plain...
Not sure if this counts as a rack but I researched a lot and really wanted to see the size comparison before I bought it installed on a 3rd gen. Couldn't find any so I'm going to post this here in case anyone else is researching cargo boxes. Specifically a 21cu Yakima Skybox cargo box on a 3rd...
