Mine came with the front windows already tinted for me, but when we had our 07 Impala (sold) we had 5 of the windows tinted and it cost 300 dollars and that was I guess 50 dollars per window so I'd say 60 dollars total is great!
Welllllllll I have the Flowmaster 50 series suv, and it is WAY to quiet. Its pretty much stock. Im thinking about switching to a 40 series too just I don't know the difference between 40 and 44. When I bought the 50 series I was looking for a louder exhaust note outside with as little drone in...
I bought the Cargo liner from a Ford dealer for like 130 dollars and I like it alot, its a good quality one that is molded to fit perfectly with the contours of my truck It covers the entire area behind the second row, of course this is a second generation. But I definately recommend it. I throw...
We have those on the Pilot and the Suburban they work really well on the chevrolet but on the Honda they're aweful, they like smear the water rather than wipe it away... Haven't bought them for my expedition yet though. My current ones squeak and it drives me nuts, so it probably wont be long...
Mine had a full tank of gas, its rare that I ever let it go below half. And I was not in it. And I weigh a massive 145 ibs standing at a towering 5'7.
Mine was weighed at a truck stop since my friend works there.
Also this story just came out, "Sure, Ford's Ecoboost V6 engines may have the power of an eight, but do they have the fuel economy? It turns out, that when hauling in a truck, they don't."
In depth article here...
How are you guy's Expeditions so light? Mine was REALLY close to 6000 Ibs (like only 100 ibs lighter)when mine was weighed. I thought they made the 2nd gens lighter than the first ones... maybe I'm remembering wrong?
I actually perfer a good old fashioned Naturally Aspirated v8. I feel a natural aspirated engine is more reliable based on a personal experience. (Background info: My first vehicle was a Suburban that my mom gave me with the 5.3, two weeks later it was totaled by some lady that fell asleep...
If you do it, I guess just don't get caught driving with them on... I just talked to a Va. State Trooper that was in my lobby and he said that they're illegal in the state of Virginia because "those neon lights, they obscure road markings to other motorists." Just a friendly heads up!
Yeah I got them at Sam's Club and the sales guy told me that Michelin are the best so I bought Mud and Snow Michelins and I paid a little more than $1300 for five of them so I thought they had to be good... Also I've been down that deep muddy road many times before in the 07 Suburban with stock...
So on Sunday I was heading home after my day at the mall when I decided I wanted to take a shortcut AND have a bit of offroad fun and took a really wet muddy road between the mall and the highway. Well I sure had a blast in the three minutes it took me to go blazing down it at 50 mph. When I...
Oh no! The jig is up. April Fools! But thank you for your sympathies.....lol. Also, the person in the Expedition probably wasn't hurt too bad, the air bags didn't go off and there was no intrusion in the foot well of the cabin.
Lol yeah. Snowy roads and parking lots are always a blast. Especially when it doesnt snow alot in your area. Back in December it snowed like 2ft in Va beach which is crazy, it never snows that much here. And in almost every parking lot there was someone doing a doughnut or someone drifting...
Wow that is a lot! I'm doing my lights this weekend, and I think drilling is my only choice. I dont have any brakets to put them on so, yeah... drilling into the crossbar tomorrow.
