    intake,check out volant,i have heard of volant cai systems working better than k&n.the volant cai kits are also available with the ram air box.unlike k&n.as far as exhaust goes,like walnut said check out youtube.

    i run my expo on 93 it runs alot better now i use to run 89 octane didnt feel to different from 87..im just not to familiar with 91 and not many gas stations carry it.i know sunoco carries it for sure.

    to save you the head ache of trying to restore the lenses just to have em turn light yellow and clear,lol just order a new set of lights off ebay,u can get a oem pair for under 100 bucks,if that what you are going for or even a aftermarket set.

    autozone/advance has a decent sell on ball joints for expeditions,for the sake of the kids leave it at stock height,my honest opinion i think expos look way better lowered.as far as exhaust goes,is Gibson an option?? how many miles are on it??

    like the newer expos and f150's i would like to be able to have just my fog lights and my parking/side markers on without having to put my headlights on first.its a sick looking feature and i want in,i was wondering do any1 know the voltage and wattage of both the fog and side marker of a 99 expo??

    yea dude that was me,my OD light was flashing on and off,and recently my truck has been stalling and cutting right back on,mostly in drive,when i took my truck to ford to get the OD light situation tooking care of,they told me i had line pressure issues what ever they did,it worked it hasn't...
