2004 Expy EB 5.4 dying while at speed
I went ahead and got the '05 fuse block and put it in. So far, it works great. The fuse blocks are identical except for the "non servicable" relays soldered in to the circuit board. Those relays are visually different and have a different part number.- Goober

2004 Expy EB 5.4 dying while at speed
Ok, I pulled the fuse block out and disassembled it this weekend. Turns out is is the fuel pump relay. Ford wants my firstborn for a new one but I found one for an 2005 in a local salvage yard. Will an '05 fuse block fot an '04?- Goober

New member here. I have searched this forum for a solution to my problem but haven't found any conclusive answer. I have a 2004 Expedition 5.4L 2WD. Starting about 2 yrs ago it would randomly die while driving at highway speed. When this happens, I shift to neutral and restart the engine. It...- Goober
