2016 Expedition Fuel Pressure Driver Module Location ?!?!

Follow the cabling for the fuel pump from the point where it exits the fuel tank. You'll eventually find the controller. Its probably bolted to the top of a frame member near the fuel tank.

Car started shaking violently when turned on this morning

You can pull the valve cover yourself and take a look at the valve train. If its screwed up, the next step is to pull the head and look at the pistons. Pulling the head gets involved.

    AC filter for Expedition 2015

Cabin filters are a relatively new thing for cars, and very few models actually have one.

    Water pump

Air removal: When cold (over night), remove radiator cap. Fill it up right to the rim, put the cap back on. Make sure your reservoir is full to the COLD line. Drive normally. The next morning, do the same thing. Keep doing this until the radiator doesn't need any filling, and the reservoir...

    Water pump

Not possible. The coolant pump is mechanically driven by the engine.

Transmission Fluid change time, Ford or something better?

For the tranny, the only thing that goes in it is what your owners manual says. The diffs? Ladies choice.

    Individual tire pressure on 2010?

I don't have Torque Pro, so I don't know what that interface looks like. I'm sure someone else here does, though.

    Individual tire pressure on 2010?

Look in the Network A - Body Control Module PIDS in the Ford, Lincoln, Mercury Extended PID list. I use OBDLink and OBD Fusion. You may have to purchase the extended PIDS, and then allow the app to search after you log in and connect to the OBD system. Make sure your vehicle is running when you...

    Individual tire pressure on 2010?

Not off the top of my head. It may be in the extended PIDS; access to the extended PIDS is an add-on feature for most apps. I'll look it up when I get home if someone hasn't answered by then.

    Individual tire pressure on 2010?

There should be 6 PIDS for Tire Pressure. Shouldn't need Forscan. Front Left Front Right Rear Left Inside Rear Left Outside Rear Right Inside Rear Right Outside For the rears, IIRC you use the "Outside" PID unless you have a dually (not offered on Expeditions, but how cool would that be, eh?)

Excessive Play in Rear Axle - Please help

For your clunking when shifting into drive: The rest of your symptoms sound like the bearing(s). IIRC, the rear bearings are press fit, so you'll need a press or have a shop do it.

    Cylinder 1 misfire

Unlikely, and if it was "loose", it would be farther away from the head, not closer. (Cylinder pressure would "push" it away). And if the connecting rod was indeed loose, it wouldn't last very long; you'd probably be asking the forum how much should a new engine cost.

    Cylinder 1 misfire

Gotta be a manufacturing defect causing the electrode to fall off. Is the tip damaged in any way? Oh, I'd fish a magnet into the cylinder to try to catch the electrode. Odds are its lodged in the Cat, along with the other one.

    Cylinder 1 misfire

Wow. Is there a possibility cylinder #1 allows the plug to go "just enough" deeper into the cylinder?

    What's this leaking hose?

Hoses like that are for assembly efficiency on the production line. "So what if it costs 5x more to fix?" Found in the trunk of every old farts' car: 2-3 feet of 3/4" heater hose and two screw clamps. (We've been there.....)

    Vibrating/rumbling noise on low rpm

I suspect a fluid change will have a significant impact on that issue. Relatively speaking, the fluid/filter maintenance is the cheapest thing to try. Most reported issues like this on the Ford forums are resolved with new fluid (it does wear out over time). For you, I do not recommend a...

2012 Expedition 5.4L randomly shutting off while driving

You say no codes. What scanner are you using? Wondering if you are accessing the Ford extended codes. If the PCM is sensisng loss of comms with certain modules or sensors (or if the PCM itself is having an issue), it will send a "Forced Engine Shutdown" command. The purpose is to kill the...
