What's this leaking hose?

I had to change my headlights today and noticed that this hose is leaking around the central T- looks/smells like water or coolant. It's leaking down onto the plugs, so I want to change it out before I have to clean or change them too.

Easy to fix?

Heater hoses, imho change both. Like 45 bucks a piece. PITA to get the connectors in the back under the firewall, you'll curse for 15 minutes and scratch up your hands --- otherwise straightforward

Change ASAP, you'll get rotted plugs and messed up coils on #2 or #3 if you don't

Second the recommendation to replace them all. I did all of mine after discovering the same leak in August 2016.

I was going to go that same route fro my 08 - same issue - the T connector was leaking and became brittle. But I decided to to just replace the T with 1 inch PEX - and it worked fine!

had the same T joint leak on my 08, cost $100 for a new hose from ford, but really easy to change out, 2 quick connectors and a hose clamp on the third line.

Old thread, but... Just cut it and put a T connector in it. No reason to spend all the money and waste the time replacing the whole hose. The T connector is how Ford should have done it in the first place. It's a common repair. I did it on my 07 about 100k miles ago.

Hoses like that are for assembly efficiency on the production line.

Found in the trunk of every old farts' car: 2-3 feet of 3/4" heater hose and two screw clamps. (We've been there.....)
