Took out the dash cigarette lighter and installed a dual high output 2.4amp each USB port. No modifications required, well other than cutting the plug off and crimping on 2 butt connectors.

I would push for a full on 100k maintenance to be done, complete overhaul of timing components, fuel filter, trans/transfer case/diff fluids, the whole nine yards.

if problem persists i would look at injector, then leakdown test. leakdown will help identify lazy lash adjuster, bad rocker, worn cam lobe, etc.
