Shutter shifting into overdrive
I have not had the problem with my expy but had a ford econoline van that did the same thing..they make an additive that you can pour in and after driving for a while it will quit..they call it torque converter shutter...trans shops will have this and so will NAPA..its a friction modifier red...- BakerEdition

Debo check the power distribution block under the hood there are more fuses under there and your owners manual will tell you if there is a cluster fuse there or sometime if you flip the lid over of the box it will tell you there.- BakerEdition

We got the holy grail of Expys today at the car lot

Anyone running an Edge Programmer?
couple things here....I had a problem with mine and it didnt like to program the truck when it was cold...i have a 2000 expy with a 5.4....once i let the truck get to operating temp it would take the program....if your programmer if for a F150 and with a 4.6 or 5.4 and within in the same year it...- BakerEdition

Gotts mod help!!
I took my pipe to a belt sander...it took a bit...I looked like a snowman...but you have to grind it down...put a little grease around it and get a hammer and tap it in....if you go to my profile page I have pictures there.- BakerEdition

exhaust manifold bolts question
I noticed a big difference on performance and fuel economy, headers have o2 sensor bungs, 3" y-pipe to a 3" extension pipe into a 3" flowmaster 70 series and dual 2.5 tail pipes out.....have not had to tighten at all...no problems..just because you had an issue don't mean everyone else will. exhaust manifold bolts question
There are many threads on here...my personal preference is to order a set of pacesetter long tube headers and the off road y-pipe...take a saws all and cut the manifolds between the studs this will help release the tension off the studs and help come out much easier..- BakerEdition

door seal trick
he used surgical tubing more than likely from a place you go to get oxygen tubing, walkers, etc..he said he used this because it stays pliable when cold...if you use something like neoprene it stiffens when cold...although I dont hear any leaks in mine...I think I will do this and see if it gets...- BakerEdition
