    Amen brother! I do the same change intervals...all our vehicles 3K or less which equates to about 200 engine hours....on our off road equipment like loaders, welding machines, compressors, gensets, etc we change them at 100 hours. As for oils...gasoline are dino Castrol, diesel gets Mobil...

    Looks like a rifle shot, if it was indeed a bullet that did that. Hard to believe a handgun caliber could penetrate a steel belted tire in the tread and go through an aluminum rim. Also rebar from a bridge deck could do that....

    The paint "bubbles" on the aluminum tailgate mostly and could also appear on the hood edges. It affects many years and appears that the aluminum was not etched properly before applying the finish at the factory.

    I was the second owner of my '06 bought it at 130k and put a 100K on it when I sold it at 230,000. Take care of it like anything else. But yes I prefer my '04.

    I agree on the Marvel however 16oz is not going to do much. He needs to replace 2 quarts of oil with Marvel, and yes I have had good luck with the stuff in both crank case oil and in the fuel.

    For what it's worth, I have worked on a few Expeditions that had tree nuts stored above the headliners...I have no idea how the rodents get up there to do that. So there has to be an opening/leak point somewhere.

    Don't like to be blinded at night. Bad enough people have to drive with fog lights on all the time when the weather is clear.

    Wow sorry to hear that glad you are ok. My 1989 suffered the exact same thing last week with my son driving not even a 1/4 mile from home on our street. Turkey ran in the road guy in front stood on the brakes. It is in the process of getting repaired. Guy that stopped is totaled.

    I will not drive any vehicle or operate equipment until it is at normal operating temp. I find the '16 Expy takes the longest to warm up. Good thing for remote start.

    Stock OEM is best. My '16 is plenty bright and doesn't blind on coming traffic. I hate vehicles with aftermarket lighting!
