    Yea true.....I would rather fix the rattle/squeak than take the door panel off and try to adjust the regulator to stop 1/16th inch short of the window seal.

    It’s a wash for me....e85 in my 11 Silverado runs cooler, increases power but my gas mileage suffers. The Expy can’t run e gas.

    May be easier to stop the “rattle/squeak” than it would be to tackle the window adjustment regulator deal. I would spray a little WD40 around the window seal to see if that stops it. If not, spray a little around the door seal. Hope that helps.....

    You might want a Dodge then because if I’m not mistaken Chevy is using same trans as ours in several of their newer models.

    Also, if the tie rod ball joint is bad or going bad normally you would feel vibration through the steering wheel at normal highway speed. Grab the tie rods and if they are not tight then I would replace them. Tie rod separation at speed would not be a pleasant thing to have happen. Please let...

    Your Freon is gone and probably the o-rings have dried out from lack of Freon.

    Actually the B&O sounds really good, just get the equalizer, fade & balance right and you’re good. Of course with our age can we really hear the highs? Tinnitus ringing....I can hear all day so I adjust the treble down some and it works.

    When 8 track and cassette radios stopped selling I stopped working on aftermarket stuff. My amp is on the center dash but may be different on your 13 model. Good luck!!

    Back a few years ago I installed 8track and cassette radios for my friends.....simple then just find a hot wire and decent ground and you’re good to go.....it’s a major operation anymore and I plan on keeping the B&O as it sounds pretty dang good...
