    It should be stored for some number of drive cycles. Flashing usually indicates Misfires, but the Check Engine light 'usually' will remain on after the incident until so many drive cycles have passed without it reoccurring.

    Assume the clutch packs you are referencing are in the limited Slip rear? Curious, is the dealership aware of the tune on your truck, and if so they don't give you any problems about drive line warranty work? Or are you reverting to a Stock tune before going to the dealership?

    Factory documentation states 9,200 for an EL 4x4 (or 4x2), were are you finding a rating for the additional 600 lbs? TO the OP, In General I agree, a 9K trailer is pushing the limits, and you may want to consider stepping up a weight class in your tow vehicle..
