    well that explains it. if it is a special service vehicle, originally designated for police or other government agencies, it has the skid plates. you should have an upgraded alternator and some other things as well.

    i had the bilstein 5100's on my F250 with a diesel and to me Bilsteins are worth every single penny you pay for them!

    Dropped the expedition off at the dealer this morning

    there are lots of problems with the 5.4 3 valve motor. plus who knows how the previous owner treated and maintained her. she still has a small miss, and i mean small but i still have to install the last coil, so i am hopeful that will cure it.

    i wouldn't see why you would want to. i just cut out the muffler and put in a flowmaster 40 series, and put on a nice 4" stainless tip and called it a day

    Well we got it back and it is a lot better but still has a slight miss to it. I am going to go get some new coils tomorrow to make sure it's not one of them.

    You have no issues with the tread wright tires? I have been curious about them. Seems like a great deal but have been hesitant due to being retreads..

    About 8 months after we did slotted and drilled rotors and performance pads. It was right front caliper.

    the car has 99,000 miles on it.. -spark plugs (replacements went bad in 3,000 miles... how does that happen, wtf?) -coils -brakes -brake caliper froze -some transmission sensor -some abs pressure unit -vaccuum lines broke -camshaft phazers
