looking at tires it looks like you would spend $1200 on 305/40/22. i would look for some decent rims that look like what she wants and then price out tires. might be a lil cheaper than what you showed

i have done may different combinations and honestly tires to fit her current rims will be about $1800 for the tires she wants (nitto trail grapplers or toyo m/t's) and then putting plasti-dip on the wheels vs. $2200 for new tires and wheels then we can sell her current wheels to bring the total out of pocket cost down. so its up in the air right now.. but she seems to like this look, which is owned by a member here:

as far as height...you wouldnt have to do anything...width...you would...11.5 wide should rub and you'll need to cut or remove the step bars or go to chrome step bars...and i can only foresee trimming the front....air ride?

You are going to have more issue with height than width if you go with the 295/70/18. I have been doing a lot of research because that's what I was thinking of doing as well. there is one member that has 35/12.5's and he had to do just a little bit of trimming to make those work.
