I'm not saying your lying, but 3 Expy's leaking in a row is hard to believe. It may be related to something your doing or just terrible luck. I think you should take JExpedition07's advice and go with a different brand. Good Luck.

You may want to look into a catch can to avoid carbon buildup on the valves. Some people swear by them and others say the're not needed. Check it out and make your decision.

I don't know the answer to your question but though I would look at it another way. If the engine and trans have 230.000 miles so does everything else. Vehicles with that much mileage could start hitting you with multiple repairs. It may not be a bad idea to sell the truck and use the money...
This could be a lot of things but if the shock are leaking they should replace them. If you still have a vibration it could be a bent rim, balance bad tire etc.
I would follow stamps advice and go from there.
