man you would never make it as a mechanic lol
I still say a swivel box might work but it easy for me I have every tool under the sun from my wrenching days
or maybe a 1/4" socket on a 1/4" breaker bar
you need something with an offset those ratchet box wrenches arent going to do you any good
I dont know what kind of alternator you got but I dont mess around with rebuilt or reman units.
Only new for me. May cost a little more upfront but worth it in the long run.
hard to tell, how about a swivel box end wrench
also in a pinch I have taken cheap wrenches and heated them with a torch and bent them to the angle that would fit the particular job
If it was mine I would not touch it
Ford put it on there for a reason if it didn't need it they would not add it
If they can save 5 cents on a vehicle they will do it, it all adds up
thats what I mean dont know what you are talking about
I have worked on literally THOUSANDS of vehicles with steel wheels. back when plastic dip was something you put on tool handles not cars
does your mommy know you are on the internet?
Nice my boat wheel is stainless steel lol how is it holding up?my wheel is camel the paint I have is gray I may try it if it holds up then I would order the camel color
Flex have you actually used this on a steering wheel? I have some that I have used on interior trim panels and have read that it works for seats and wheels but I don't know anyone that actually used just stuff I see on the website
what are the codes that you are getting? just because you are getting o2 codes doesn't mean they are bad, could be other things causing it
I would at least read through these articles
http://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/ford/4.6L-5.4L/how-to-test-the-oxygen-sensors-1
When I used to work on cars for a living I ran into this all the time especially on aluminum rims. Steel rims too but I could hit them with a torch and they would fall right off
I have a 8 lb sledge for the others. Still have it in my garage
