I think you have got the lift kit to run 285/70/17 AT. So may I ask about the lift kit are they OK or it will impact the other parts like ball joints, camber, caster ... etc. And regarding the alignment is it simple or complicated especially for the rear side.
Thank you.

Hello gallowjh,
I have the same problem with my 2011 Expedition EL XLT 4x4. And my local dealer try to convince me it's a normal thing in this SUV. I think it's factory problem but I don't know how to fix it.

2011 FORD EXPEDITION 5.4L V8 : Steering : Knuckle
MOTORCRAFT Front Right Part # MEF117
MOTORCRAFT Front Left Part # MEF119
2011 FORD F-150 RWD 5.0L V8 DOHC : Steering : Knuckle
MOTORCRAFT Front...
Imagine that we install the F-150 Knuckle + F-150 rancho quick lift wooow we will get around 4" in the Expy.
the reason i like rancho quick lift more than regular spacer is that rancho provide more options (9 positions) from soft to hard.
good idea, if its work with you then it will be possible to install the F150 rancho quick lift suspension it will add 2".
and for the back i think enough to install the ford expedition rancho quick lift suspension it will add 0.75" + 1" spacer it will be ok.
what do you think guys ?
Hi
I took a photo to compare the Expedition vs F150 both (4WD).
I find that the F-150 slightly higher than my Expy so I think the reason is tow thing :
1- F-150 has longer Knuckle.
2- F-150 has longer Shock Absorber.
but I dont knew about the ather parts.
Yes I agree with you and I think that what make the Expedition (4WD) lower than the F-150 (4WD).
Also I found that the Shock Absorber in F-150 (4WD) longer than the Expedition (4WD) with around 1 inch.
You can see and compare the parts in that website:

Hi Bernard
Good job and very nice looking Expedition.
Regarding the Knuckle I find that the expedition part is the same F-150 RWD the part number is :
MEF117 (Front Right)
MEF119 (Front Left)
And the F-150 4WD part number is :
MEF116 (Front Right)
MEF118 (Front Left)
Thanks
Thanks for the valued info.
Do you think the wheels size 315/65R18 (34 inch) will fit on your truck or it will rub.
And base on your observation what is the maximum wheel size you can install with no rub.
BIG RED 03
In this case the offset will be 1.7" according to this website Custom rims, wheel tire packages for your ride - RIMSnTIRES.com
