    @CecilTheMagician , your Expy looks great! It looks like you have a lift as well? I'd love to get a lift but I fear it would raise the overall height so that I couldn't fit in many garages (like airport parking at SeaTac where we frequent)

    I think I found examples of the pictures I was looking for. These are the contenders for me. I'm leaning toward the Geos since my on/off road ratio is about 95%/5%. The Wildpeaks are more expensive and I suspect a little noisier. Plus, I think the Geo's might look better with the factory 22"...

    I just went looking again (here) and found the TerrainContact as well as the Hankook AT2 (305 width). Thanks again to OPs, just reposting here to consolidate. It appears the TerrainContact on a Ford wheel doesn't seem as wide as it does on the GMC rim.

    I got a pair of SCC Super Z-6 SV117. I believe I found them on a different thread. They fit the rear 22's on my 2018 Max, but I have only installed them once in the driveway. I was about to use them earlier this year but a nice fellow in a Jeep came along right as I was laying them out...

    Wow, looking again at tire rack, there are quite a lot of choices! Ironically, Hankook does have a good looking AT tire at a good price but I just can't trust the brand after dealing with the crummy factory tires.

    How much brake pad left for the rear?

    In my experience, rear pads wear much, much slower than front. I believe they might even be spec'd as a thinner pad. I imagine you might even get 10-20k miles out of 4-5mm, depending on how much you break. But, I doubt you'll regret just replacing them now!

    Finally got the truck in to the dealer. They confirmed they are broken and covered under the extended warranty, but I'd have to pay the $50 deductible. IIRC, the aftermarket brighter lights are less than that, so I'm placing an order now.

    Same here. The loud "thunk" is a little disturbing, but after re-closing the creak/rattle is almost completely gone... for a while ;)

    hmm, fishy. They did not mention the Technical bulletin mentioned in this thread. They said it was very empty, recharged and could not find a leak. They indicated the freon has dye in it so I will likely need to bring it back when it empties out and they can trace the leak based on the dye...

    You should feel something, IMO. In my 2018 Platy, when Lane assist is on, there are 2 small green bars on the dash simulating the lane edges. When it kicks in, one will go red. If it can't find the edge, one side will disappear. However, I will add that in playing with it, I'm really not...

    Nice looking wheels but they look just as likely to be 'curb magnets' as the 22"s. I have the 22's and love the look but can't stand how easy it is to get curb rash. You will have plenty of offers to buy your rims if they are in good shape ;)

    I never did need the Laclede's, so I took them back to O'Reilly. I ordered the SCC Super Z-6 - SV117 from Vulcan Tire and they showed up just a few days later! Really nice product! Put them on just to make sure they fit. It's tight in places, but I'm hoping these are just piece of mind...

    No notice here. I believe mine is an April 2018 manufactured 2018? Then again, I have a Canadian model. Maybe mine doesn't suffer the same issues? It is klinky at startup, but clears within 20-30 seconds.

    local Dealer Bill Pierre Ford checked out my Expy regarding the Check Engine Light and found no issues. Oh well, still running well, so no worries here.
