    I thought the Whipple kit was just bolt in and they send you the tune but I could be wrong. Heck I don't even own an expy yet :)

    How about the Whipple and Saleen SC? Whipple Guy told me it would be a direct bolt in and come with the tune, 450hp at crank . The kit was about $5000 for a 05-06 3V. Per Brenspeed the Saleen kit should fit an expy too.

    Yup that has crossed my mind. I wonder how the trans would hold up. Did the 03-04 for have decent trans or should a Guy plan on a rebuild soon after 100k miles like you had to on the older f150s?

    I have seen some xlt's for around that price. The 03-04 is just so tempting because of the price. Mustang sold and then the cash from the Jeep and I would have more than enough without touching the get the heck out of the town home fund. Stupid housing market grrr.
