    if you are serious... I have an amazing 140k 5.4 I would sell you. Now that we have completed the 6 speed swap, a diesel is next. But you could probably find one local to you for less than what I would want for ours.

    on the left is a F-150 of the appropiate vintage t-case shifter, on the right is the ZF-6 shifter. Redrilled the holes for the mount to the shifter stub you have seen thusly. In answer to an earlier question, apparently YES! I am going with a short shifter.

    16.5 rims and tires were a decent deal. IDI/4 speed equate's to better mpg than 385 series/E40D. To the tune of double at 75 (15 now, 8 then) as to what the 460 did, and 2.5 (20 now 8 then) times what it did, if I drive it at 55-60. If I get back to 40-42's on it, I will regain my highway...

    And I have $300 worth of rebuilt drivesahfts for it. Front is plug and play, just need a NV271 flange, on the t-case end. rear is more intense, NV271 flange, create a slip yoke, and make sure the middle length is 35.5".
