The bad reviews came from people and 2 companies that sell them, seems they are not getting the wear that they use too, not sure but at the last show there was a a lot of balding Toyo tires.
As for fiberglass fenders I did look in too that early on, but heard mixed reviews on paint /winter and quality.... Plus I didn't really like the big open flare look on my Expy. But is a good option for others ....
Plus don't forget the 11" was done before on another Expy just not the problems I...

Just do what most do 3" body lift cheap $$ and 2" leveling cheap$$
then you can have 35" tires and whatever rim size you want I had 35" with 20" wheels.
You'll end up lifting it down the road anyways , we all do...:flamingdevil:
Also you put in a F150 2WD front kit and custom rear spacers and coils
I think the fronts of the 2WD Expy and F150 are the same. but confirm first.

I'd say leveling kit or body if you want more
Most guys do 2-3"Rear Spacers, 2"front keys or Torsion Twist and 3"Body Lift
then 35" tire and your done. I would get longer than stock shocks if you do the 2" lift If your Expy needs shocks
other wise your fine.
