Heater Blend door actuator stuck?
Hey guys, well, along with working, I have been struggling with the lower main heater blend actuator for a few months now. I finally get the right part but now the shaft won't go all the way in. I tried messing with the controls to see if it will pop thur but no luck yet. I installed it...- levon

Thanks for the responses, I was able to remove to the bottom actuator. I have both actuators changed now. I just have to reassemble the dash and pray this work because I brought Dorman actuator instead of Motorcraft, because of the lifetime warranty.- levon

Hello folks, I have a 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4. I'm trying to replace the bottom temp. door actuator and there is one screw in the back that I can't reach. Take look at the pics please. Advice is Appreciated.- levon
