    I'm not sure what parts were bought as the guy I'm helping bought the parts. I'll ask him when I go over to his shop next weekend. we got it set to 24 inch pounds but it sounds as if the seal is rubbing cause it squeaks when we rotate it.. Sent from my Milestone X using Tapatalk 2

    Trying to tighten the pinion, is it normal for the rotational torque to diminish after rotating the pinion a few times. Had it set at 20 inch pounds, rotated it a few times and it reads 15 inch pounds.:confused: Sent from my Milestone X using Tapatalk 2

    Replacing bearings in the rear end of a 99 expedition. Put it back together and now the pinion gets bound up when moving it in the forward direction. Moves freely in the reverse direction. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Sent from my Milestone X using Tapatalk 2
