    What transmission do you reccomend?

I could possibly tow 3k a few times a year. If I have my local guy rebuild it will good parts it's not the same? I want it to last as I really like the truck. What is a good aftermarket rebuild that will last?

    What transmission do you reccomend?

My 2018 expedition is having no issues at 102,000 miles but I like being prepared. I have a good local rebuilder but wanted to see if that was my best option. I assume there are certain upgrades that are needed but don't know what is needed. Any information/suggestions are appreciated.

☆RECALL☆ CENTER CONSOLE SHARP TRIM. Looks like we are getting new consoles when this gets finalized.

I just got my recall Saturday. Mine isn't peeling yet but has bubbles. (18) I can't imagine they would replace the complete console for a bad trim piece.

Replacement for carpet wheel well/fender liner???

Clean them, dry them out and brush on fiberglass resin. That should smooth it out and it be so porous. Just a suggestion. I have not done this.

Got around to rebuilding my seat.

Seat rebuild went well. Apparently a heavy hitter owned this. There was broken clips, frame pushed through the foam on the outer bolster, bolster disintegrating and a split in the side of the cover. I glued the split together, added material to get the bolster back to the correct height...

    Well, i did my phasers.

I guess the lift isn't "needed" but it definitely makes this job much more bearable. I myself would no attempt to do this on the ground, I'm not 20 anymore.

Do you need to remove seat to replace bottom upholstery?

Is the F150 foam the same? (What trim) I don't see the expedition listed. Edit: It looks like heated/cooled seats are special and extremely expensive.

Ordered a replacement driver bottom seat upholstery and wanted to verify if the seat needs to come out, I'm guessing that it does but wanted to check. Anything to look out for? TIA

    Well, i did my phasers.

All I can say is I'm glad that over and I had the use of my buddy's lift. That was a back saver. Took me about 15 hours. No more rattle.

    New here, phaser question.

Just picked up a 2018 Expedition Limited, 97k. Slight rattle on startup. Nothing on the carfax saying the phasers were replaced. I’m looking at eventually replacing them but would like to do chains, tensioners, guides and whatever else is needed. Water pump? Oil pump? I’m looking for either a...
